March Break Arts Camp

Stiltwalking and Storywork for youth 8-16

March 16 - 20th from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm

Hosted by Runaway Moon Theatre, Shuswap Immigrant Services Society, and Salmon Arm Arts Centre with thanks to the Melamen Centre Neskonlith.

Activities will include Storytelling with Sewepemc storyteller Kenthen Thomas, Stilt walking with performer Renn Bankowski, and Costume making with Cathy Stubington.

(Participants will be encouraged to try stilt walking but are not obliged - it's easier than it looks!)

Camp participants will have opportunities to perform at community events this spring and summer!

Cost is $125 and on a sliding scale for more than one in a family.

Snacks and materials provided; participants are asked to bring a lunch.
