Vegetable Ribbons
Borrow: Twenty-four thirty foot ribbons featuring local vegetables that were hand appliquéd and designed by community members.
Description: Explore local harvest season in a whole new way with Runaway Moon’s Vegetable Ribbons. Created during the “Food for Thought” project from 2006-2008 these 24 ribbons can be woven together in a dance or used in your own creative ways.
Pre-Requisites: 48 people to use all the ribbons.
Options: You can book an artist from Runaway Moon Theatre to come and give a mini workshop on how to use the ribbons, and/or to teach the dance. They can be delivered within the region and can be shipped upon request. Send us an email (form below) to inquire and learn more!
